We're unconventional in many ways – not least that we're profitable and not VC funded, meaning we can do what is right without being too commercial. We also tend to push against the grain technically – we're not afraid to experiment and support unusual languages we love.
We're flexible – both in location and normal hours – and don't worry much about hierarchy. We much prefer to hire well and trust our people.
