Implementation and Growth Lead, Australia
Turn momentum into clinical use at scale in Australia.
$140k + super, Melbourne-based remote position, Full-time

Who we are
Concentric is the UK's market-leading digital consent application, used by over 30,000 clinicians and supporting 40,000 patients each week. Now we're expanding internationally, and Australia is our next step. We're a small, friendly, clinically-led team working to make consent more transparent, empowering, and genuinely shared between clinician and patient.
Read more about the team and why we're working on Concentric.
Over the past two years we've been building our presence in Australia, including a year with Patrick on the ground. We've learned that the product fits well, the clinical need is real, and early adopters across several states are sharing positive feedback. Patrick has written about that journey in Familiar, but not the same: lessons from Australia. If you're considering this role, please do read it - it's the best window into where we are.
We now have mature conversations with a small number of large healthcare organisations, including public hospital groups, in parallel with a steadily growing base of users in private consulting rooms. The next phase - carrying those organisations through to successful deployments while continuing to build the market - is the reason for this role.
We're hiring two people in Australia. This role will lead organisations through the journey from first evaluating Concentric to live deployment, alongside market development. We're also hiring a clinician to lead clinical engagement and help shape local clinical content and product priorities. You'll work as a pair, with deliberate overlap where implementation and clinical adoption meet.
Your role
As one of our first two hires in Australia, you'll be bringing a proven product to a new market. Concentric already supports over 2 million patients each year at key moments in their care across the UK; your aim is to help build that same impact for patients and clinicians in Australia.
This is deliberately a combined implementation and growth role, and the balance between the two will flex depending on where you can have the greatest impact. When organisations are moving towards deployment, you'll concentrate on supporting them through to live use. When implementation timelines lengthen or the near-term path to deployment becomes less certain, you'll shift more attention towards developing new relationships and strengthening the pipeline. We're looking for someone who is comfortable moving between the two and exercising good judgement about where to focus.
Over the first 12 months, success would mean at least one large healthcare organisation live and building sustained clinical use, growing momentum in private consulting rooms, and a stronger pipeline for what comes next. Your role will be to keep delivery and growth focused on those outcomes.
Australia is the market we've deliberately chosen for our first move beyond the UK and Ireland, and the founders are committed to making it a success. You'll work directly with them on priorities, our approach to the market, and how we build a sustainable local presence.
You'll also work regularly with Chloé Fox (Clinical Operations Lead), Patrick Hart (Growth and Partnerships Clinician), and colleagues across product and integrations in the UK. Much of that work will be asynchronous, with regular virtual catch-ups alongside in-person visits from the broader team. You and your clinical colleague will be the only team members on the ground in Australia, so you'll need to be comfortable working independently and making confident, informed decisions, especially outside UK working hours.
Your focus
- Stakeholder engagement: Building trusted relationships with hospital groups and clinicians right across the journey, from early conversations through deployment and into live use.
- Deployment and adoption: Coordinating rollout and go-live with each organisation's project team, based on our delivery playbook, and resolving operational blockers. This will include facilitating integration discussions between hospital teams and our integrations team, and supporting testing.
- Growth and market development: Developing new relationships and opportunities, and moving active conversations forward.
- User support and feedback: Handling support queries, mostly from clinicians and occasionally from patients, and gathering feedback from Australian users to inform improvements to our product, content and support.
About you
You're an implementation leader who can take complex organisations from genuine interest to live use, with the commercial judgement to know when to focus on delivery and when to build new opportunities. Healthcare experience would be particularly valuable, but we'll also consider an excellent candidate who has led comparable digital deployments in another large, complex or regulated environment. We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong track record of guiding organisations through the adoption and deployment of digital products, involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision-making.
- Can build credibility and earn trust quickly with Australian healthcare stakeholders.
- Is comfortable working at the interface of clinical and technical teams.
- Is a strong, thoughtful communicator who adapts their style across audiences, from project managers and technical leads to clinicians, operational teams, and patients.
- Is proactive, organised, and self-motivated, comfortable managing a broad and shifting workload and making prioritisation decisions amid competing demands.
- Has the commercial instincts and curiosity to spot promising opportunities and build the relationships to pursue them.
- Is energised by solving the daily challenges and uncertainties of building something in a startup setting, and aligned with our core values of quality, conviction, and openness and our mission to improve consent and shared decision-making in healthcare.
- Is willing to travel across Australia to attend customer meetings, site visits, and events as required.
- Has the right to live and work in Australia.
Salary and benefits
- $140,000 base salary, plus superannuation.
- Advertised as a full-time role, but applications preferring 0.8 FTE will be given equal consideration.
- We're looking for someone based in Melbourne, though we'll consider strong candidates elsewhere in Australia. Co-working space costs will be covered if needed, and we'll pay for any equipment you need to do your job.
- 20 days of annual leave, plus all local public holidays.
- Personal development budget, with support to attend the courses and events that help you grow professionally.

We'll be conducting in-person interviews in Melbourne at the end of July.
