Carebit integration

Carebit is a practice management system widely used in the private sector. Concentric and Carebit have worked together to develop an integration that provides a seamless consent experience for all users subscribed to both services.

How it works

The integration means that:

• patient demographic details can be automatically, securely shared from Carebit to Concentric
• a Concentric patient record can be opened with one click from the same patient record in Carebit (launch in patient context), and
• completed consent documents are automatically added to the patient’s Letters section within Carebit. When enabled within Carebit’s Letters section settings, team members can be notified by email when consent is completed, for example following remote consent.

Enabling the integration

To use the integration between Carebit and Concentric, you need to be subscribed to both services.

• To sign up with Carebit, go to: https://www.carebit.co/
• To sign up with Concentric, complete our contact form, mentioning that you are also a Carebit user.

Existing users of both systems can then enable the integration by following these 2 simple steps:

• If not already requested during sign-up, email Concentric your Carebit organisation ID (see Carebit’s support guide to find this),
• Once informed by Concentric that the Concentric account has been set up and/or linked, simply enable the Concentric app within Carebit (Settings > Apps).
