What’s included in the price? Do I have to pay for integration, customisations and support?
This price, in most cases, is an ‘all in’ price, including content and customisations, standard integration, implementation, and ongoing support. Each tier has a standard level for each. There are no additional licensing/storage fees involved for deploying healthcare organisations.
What procurement frameworks do you support?
For UK NHS Trusts and Health Boards procurement can be via any of the main procurement frameworks, such as the UK Gov's Digital Marketplace (AKA G Cloud framework).
I’m not in the UK - can I still use Concentric?
Concentric is available globally, and the same pricing principles apply in your local currency.
