Large organisations use an annual plan for Concentric, with pricing tiers based on the number of consent episodes per year:

This price, in almost all cases, is an ‘all in’ price, including:
- All functionality, content templates, and updates
- Integration with other clinical systems used within the organisation
- Implementation and BAU support as per our delivery playbook

Which procurement frameworks are supported?
For UK NHS organisations procurement is usually via a procurement framework, and Concentric can be procured via any of the main frameworks. The majority of our contracts are via UK Gov's Digital Marketplace, AKA G Cloud framework (this is the Concentric G Cloud listing).
We are partnered with Softcat to provide access to other frameworks, including NHS SBS and many others.
Can we try Concentric for free?
Whilst we supported unpaid agreements for limited deployments early in our journey, we are no longer offering this option by default. This is to ensure that we are being fair to all our customers. There are some scenarios where we will consider an initial unpaid agreement, for example if a deployment is a first for us within a certain country.
Outside of real clinical use Concentric can be tried for free as much as is desired; we are happy to set up multiple demo accounts so that teams can really understand the functionality in your own time, and explore how Concentric would work in your context.
We're not in the UK - can we still use Concentric?
Concentric is available globally, and similar pricing principles apply in your local currency. We ensure that local data protection regulations are met for any Concentric deployment, for example by running cloud infrastructure within the country.
What resources are available to support procurement?
There are many resources within our delivery playbook to support both understanding what a digital consent deployment looks like and the procurement process.

Individuals and clinics
Concentric can be used by individual clinicians and across clinics, with a Concentric deployment created solely for your use. Monthly pricing is based on the number of clinician users:

The price includes initial setup, all functionality, content templates, and updates. As pricing for individuals and clinics is based on number of clinician users there is no limit placed on the number of consent episodes.

Can Concentric be linked to my practice management system?
Yes, where we have an existing integration your Concentric account can be linked to your practice management system, for example by pulling through patient details and sending completed consent documents back. Our integration with practice management systems page details the currently available integrations and the linking process.
Where there is no existing integration, Concentric can either be used 'standalone', or a conversation can be had with your practice management system provider to explore an integration.
