Editing risks

In Concentric, risks can be personalised to the individual, including adding calculated risk scores.

Watch this 1 minute video to learn how to edit risks in Concentric:

In the first example we can see the recorded likelihood of a wound infection being changed, for example in a patient with diabetes. The position of the risk changes to the Common bucket and an icon shows that this has been edited compared to the usual template.

In this second example we see a specific risk likelihood being added, for example from registry data or from a calculated risk score such as SORT. The risk is then updated and this figure is also shown in consult view.

The same mechanism applies for adding new risks as well as for editing risks.

The changes made are then what are visible in consult view and when patients access remotely.
