From over 200,000 patient feedback responses, a recurring theme has been the need for more guidance when accessing information remotely. Patients often sought clearer explanations of what Concentric is, what to expect, and how to navigate each section. This release includes updated copy throughout the patient-facing views — including a revised login page that sets clearer expectations before login.
Clinician view form validation
Building on the improvements introduced in release 90, form validation and consistency enhancements have been applied across consent episode elements – including longer forms such as capacity assessments and best interest decisions. As part of this work, selecting a risk likelihood is now streamlined into a single tab, simplifying the workflow.
Timestamps now include time zones
All event timestamps now display time zones – improving clarity when working overnight across daylight-saving time changes and for teams operating in multiple regions.
Consent PDF tidying
For many working in theatres, the consent PDF is the primary touchpoint with Concentric. This release brings refined typography, improved layout consistency, and the inclusion of documented treatment alternatives — making the PDF a more complete summary of the consent episode.
