LPA remote consent
Where a lasting power of attorney (LPA) is in place, consent was previously required to be given in person via the clinician application. This could create operational challenges, particularly where the attorney was not geographically co-located with the clinician and discussions were instead taking place remotely.
From this release, attorneys can now provide consent remotely, enabling completion of the consent process without requiring an in-person interaction. Remote consent is enabled in the same way as other remote consent workflows.
Supporting updates have been made across the workflow to ensure this is done appropriately. This includes additional guidance for clinicians when recording LPA details, as well as information within the consent flow to support attorneys in confirming that they are the appropriate decision-maker and that the correct form of authority is in place.
Updated onboarding statements for clinician and read-only users
Onboarding statements have been updated to align with the information provided in the getting started guides. Historically, onboarding statements within the application differed from those materials. This update brings them into alignment and introduces distinct onboarding statements for clinician and read-only users.
This supports clinical safety mitigations within partner organisations, including ensuring that users are made aware of key responsibilities, with confirmation recorded as part of the onboarding process.

Update user email address in admin
It is now possible to update a user’s email address directly within the admin interface. Previously, this required support from the Concentric team, which could delay what would typically be expected to be a straightforward administrative change.
This update applies to the vast majority of users. For users with access across multiple organisations, additional controls remain in place to ensure consistency across linked accounts.
