There are several ways to log in to Concentric, depending on what options are available within your organisation and what integrations are in place. This page - linked to from the login page - summarises the right mechanism for you to follow depending on which organisation’s Concentric deployment you are trying to log in to.

Many of our healthcare organisations have their own login guide. These are listed alphabetically below, but if your organisation is using Concentric but is not listed below a generic login guide can also be seen below.

My organisation is not listed…

You should log in with your Concentric password. The email field will be the email address that your Concentric account is registered to - this is the email address we will have sent any Concentric communications to.

If you can’t remember or access your Concentric password (or don’t think you ever set one up), you can click ‘Forgotten your password?’ on the login page and enter your email address to receive a password reset link via email. Depending on your email client this may take a bit of time to arrive - please don’t re-request password reset emails in quick succession as it invalidates the previous links, sometimes leading to confusion.
